Returns

Returns & Exchanges:

New, saleable items in original packaging (including shrink-wrap) may be returned within 30 days for a full refund of the item cost.

Ordered the Wrong Item:

  1. Send an email to support@discountfilterstore.com, including your order number and the reason for your return
  2. We will email return instructions, along with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number - No returns will be accepted without an RMA number

Notes:

  • Customer must use a shipper that offers package tracking (insurance is recommended)
  • Customer pays for return shipping charges
  • Shipping charges are not refundable (including the shipping charge you paid when you placed the order)
  • Items returned in less than new condition, missing shrink-wrap, etc. will be discarded, and no credit will be given
  • Items returned without an RMA number will be discarded, and no credit will be given
  • All returns must be received within 45 days of the order date. Returns received after 45 days will be discarded, and no credit will be given

Received an Item You Did Not Order:

  1. Send an email to support@discountfilterstore.com, including your order number and the part number or name of the mis-shipped item
  2. We will ship the correct item (at our expense), along with a PREPAID shipping label for returning the mis-shipped item

Received a Damaged or Defective Item:

  1. Send an email to support@discountfilterstore.com, including your order number and a description of the damage or defect
  2. We will ship a replacement item (at our expense) or issue a refund for the item

Lost Shipments:

Haven't Received Your Order, or Believe it Has Been Lost:

  1. Send an email to support@discountfilterstore.com, including your order number and the date you expected to receive your shipment
  2. We will investigate the shipment and contact the shipping company if needed
  3. Once we confirm that the shipment has been lost (this can take up to 10 days), we will send a Lost Goods Waiver - for your signature
  4. Once we receive the signed waiver, we will ship a replacement order (at our expense)

 

Note: In all cases, the customer must notify DiscountFilterStore within 30 days of their order date.
