Undersink Water Filter Replacements
An undersink filter sits inside your kitchen cabinet and treats water for a single tap, usually a dedicated drinking-water faucet or your main kitchen faucet. That's the key difference from a whole-house filter, which is installed on the main water line and treats all the water entering your home. An undersink filter is the simplest way to get cleaner water for drinking and cooking.

- Brand-specific undersink cartridges fit one manufacturer's system, such as a GE SmartWater, 3M Aqua-Pure, or Culligan undersink unit. These usually twist or snap into place, and the right one depends on your system's model number.
- Standard 10 x 2.5 inch cartridges fit the universal housings used in many undersink and multi-stage systems. If your housing takes a standard 10-inch cartridge, you can choose the media, sediment or carbon, that suits your water.
The fastest way to find your replacement is to check the part number on your current cartridge or the label on your system's filter head. Most carbon cartridges last 6–12 months, depending on how much water you use and its quality, while sediment pre-filters may need changing sooner if your water carries a lot of sediment.
