The HYDRONIX-CB-25-2005 is an excellent polypropylene water filter that uses activated carbon to filter sediment and particulate from drinking water. It has a micron rating of 5 and a high dirt-holding capacity. It fits in a standard filter housing.

Instructions

  1. After installation, flush the cartridge by running water through the system
  2. Dump the first 2-3 gallons of water before using the water for drinking or cooking purposes
  3. Do not use the filter with water that is microbiologically unsafe or of unknown quality without adequate disinfection before or after the system
