The ISH10-D4 includes an on-board, high-performance sediment, dirt and rust filter cartridge. The filter cartridge's grooved design provides increases surface area for increases filtration efficiency and dirt-holding capacity. The IHS10-D4 Viqua utilizes ultraviolet sterilization to deactivate the DNA of microorganisms, so that they no longer reproduce. The IHS10-D4 is easy to install, operate and maintain. Lamp replacements are a breeze, the UV lamp lasts for up to 12 months, depending on use and water quality, and the quartz sleeve should be cleaned every 3 months.
