Kenmore Refrigerator Water Filter Replacements
Kenmore doesn't manufacture its own refrigerators — they're built by Whirlpool, Frigidaire, and LG, then sold under the Kenmore name. That means your Kenmore fridge takes the same filter as the manufacturer's own branded models. The key is knowing which manufacturer made yours.
Use your Kenmore model number to find the right filter:
- Kenmore models starting with 106 — built by Whirlpool. You need an EveryDrop Filter 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, or A, the same filters used in Whirlpool, Maytag, KitchenAid, and Amana fridges.
- Kenmore models starting with 253 — built by Frigidaire. You need a Frigidaire ULTRAWF, WF3CB, or WF2CB depending on your specific model.
- Kenmore models starting with 795 — built by LG. You need an LG LT700P or LT800P.
Your Kenmore model number is printed on a label inside the fridge, usually along the top edge or side wall of the interior.
