Installing the Perma-Boot is fast and easy, but climbing up on your roof can be very dangerous. If your roof is steep, slippery, especially high off the ground, or if you just don't feel comfortable installing the Perma-Boot yourself, please hire a professional roofing contractor. That way, you'll avoid the risk and still save a ton of money!

And whether you're a novice or a seasoned pro, please read the Perma-Boot Safety Warnings before pulling out the ladder.
