The 5 micron 100% polypropylene sediment filter fits the 10" big blue housing, and the 0.5 micron PFAS carbon block fits the 20" big blue housing. These two filters complement each other to provide exceptional whole housing filtration for 15,000 gallons or up to 6 months. Kit includes two replacement O-rings to ensure a leak free filter change.
The Stage 1 melt blown sediment filter has 4 layers of filtration to reduce damaging impurities like dirt, sand, silt, and rust from the water to protect appliances and the second stage filter. The stage 2 CTO Carbon Bock is made from premium coconut shell carbon, and improves the taste and odor of your water while Chlorine, VOCs, and other chemical impurities.
