The RO-2F-600-SET is a pack of three replacement filters for the USWF tankless RO system. It contains 2 CF composite prefilters, and 1 RO membrane cartridge that will last a combined last two years. Each CF filter will last 1 year or 1000 gallons and the RO membrane will last 2 years or 2000 gallons. Filter cartridges are easy to change in just 3 seconds without the need for any additional tools. Smart Faucet


Smart faucet / Intelligent monitoring

The RO-2F-600 monitors filter life to provide filter replacement reminders. The LED smart faucet indicator will turn purple when a filter is nearing the end of its life, and turns red when the filter needs to be replaced. The composite prefilter lasts for 1000 gallons or 12 months, and the RO membrane cartridge lasts for 2000 gallons or 24 months whichever comes first.

Instructions

  1. Ensure the drinking water faucet is turned off and the system is in standby mode.
  2. Remove the filter cartridge that needs to be replaced by twisting it a quarter turn counter-clockwise, then pull it out of the filter housing.
  3. Slide the new filter cartridge into place and secure it by twisting a quarter turn clockwise to lock it in place.
  4. After replacing the filter press and hold the corresponding filter life indicator for 5 seconds until the system beeps to reset the filter life.
  5. Turn on the RO faucet to flush the new filter. 5 minutes for CF filter, 30 minutes for RO membrane.
  6. While flushing the filter life indicator and faucet LED will flash blue. LED will turn solid blue when flushing is complete.
  7. NOTE: When water is first dispensed after replacing the RO membrane the water will be discolored. This is because the RO membrane is packaged in a food grade glycerin. It is not recommended to drink this water.

Reset Instructions

  1. After replacing the filter press and hold the corresponding filter life indicator for 5 seconds until the system beeps to reset the filter life.
