The Pentek valve-in-head filter housing allows both inlet and outlet ports to be simultaneously shut-off with a half turn of the handle. The PENTEK-VIN-34-PR10 is made from a durable polypropylene and accommodates a wide variety of replacement filter cartridges. The VIN-34-PR10 offers outstanding chemical compatibility and is ideal for use in a variety of low-flow applications.

Instructions

  1. Easy to install number 10 Standard VIH Whole House Water Filter System. The housing is 12-1/2-inches x 5-1/8-inches(318 mm x 130 mm). You will need to allow slightly more room in addition to the housing dimensions for installation
  2. 3/4-inch inlet/outlet for easy installation on a cold water line
  3. A UB-1 mounting bracket is recommended for installation of the whole house housing
  4. NOTE: When installed, protect housing against freezing to prevent cracking of the filter and water leakage
