description Instructions

Note: Filter must be pushed firmly into receiver and turned until filter is locked in place. If filter is not locked correctly, water will not flow.
Shut off the main water supply valve to the refrigerator
Remove old filter by turning a quarter turn counter-clockwise, then pull old filter straight out.
Remove cartridge grille cap by sliding it off the end of the old cartridge, then slide it onto the new filter.
With new cartridge cap in the vertical position, insert the new filter into the base grille.
Rotate the cap clockwise a quarter turn until it is horizontal.
Turn on the main water supply valve to the refrigerator.
Flush new filter for 1 1/2 gallons (approximately 3 minutes) and discard the ice production of the first 24 hours after switching on the icemaker.
On models with replacement indicator light, press and hold the RESET WATER FILTER PAD on the dispenser for three seconds.
