The Pentek R30 sediment filter cartridge is a great choice for a variety of residential, commercial and industrial applications. The media is pleated around a polypropylene core for added strength, while the end caps and gasket are fused together for a unified and reliable whole. The overlap seam is sonically welded to reduce water internally bypassing the filter. The pleated cartridge can be rinsed and reused to extend the functional life of the filter, and can be used on both chlorinated and non-chlorinated water supplies.
